Conversations with a Two Year Old.

I have had many interesting conversations with Caiden and I try to share them when I can. The car ride home today was absolutely hysterical and I couldn't wait to get home to post about it.
The drive was a little longer tonight because we had to stop for dinner so we had plenty of time to catch up with one another. Caiden definitely kept us entertained the whole time.

It all started like this....

"Caiden what did you do today?"
"I stepped on a squirrel's nuts."

What do you say to that?! I knew what he was talking about but it was just too funny.

"Caiden how are you feeling today?"
"I am sick"
"I know sweetheart. You are so tough"
"I love you Caiden!"
"Thanks"
"Who do you love?"
"I love Libby." (unfortunately he was talking about his friend from school, not my sister. Sorry Lib!)

This is how our car ride ended....

"Mommy I got something on my butt."
"What do you mean you have something on your butt? Did you go poopy?"
"No, I no poopy."
"Then what do you have on your butt?"
"I don't know, it's just a thing."

Just for the record I still don't know the answer to that question. When we got home I checked his diaper and he was clean.
